As the Lord shows us more about how the brain operates it is apparent that the Lord wants to teach us to rest in Him. I think it will be helpful to say this prayer daily to dispell the chaos and disorganization of modern life. May the Lord's Sabbath Rest be with you!

The issue of temporal awareness (timing) is a critical issue in the daily life of Attention Deficit Disorder individuals. Impulsivity (responding too quickly) keeps many A.D.D. individuals from receiving information in the learning environment and often makes personal decision making difficult. By speaking this prayer aloud on a daily basis we are asking the Lord to change the timing patterns in the brain and to place his healing touch over all impulsive behavior tendencies.
